Wieland Rolled Products is the leading manufacturer and converter of copper and copper-alloy sheet, strip, foil, tube and fabricated components in North America. While primarily processing copper and copper-alloys, we also reroll and form other metals such as stainless and carbon steel. Our products are used in five primary end markets: building and construction, munitions, automotive, coinage, and electronics/electrical components. Our integrated brass mill in East Alton, Illinois is the main operating facility, which produces strip products.

**When you enroll in a Wieland Medical plan, you are eligible to participate in our health management programs through Livongo (which are company-paid benefits): Diabetes management, Hypertension management, Weight management.
**When you enroll in a Wieland HSA Medical plan, you are eligible to open an HSA.
**All employees are eligible to participate in the Wieland Wellness 365 program through our wellness partner, Vitality.
If you are enrolled in a Wieland HSA Medical plan and you achieve GOLD status or higher by November 30, 2022, you will be eligible for a premium discount in 2023.

**A 401(k) plan is offered through Principal Financial
Services allowing you to save money for your retirement.
Your allowable contribution is 0% to 80% of base pay.
Wieland will contribute 50% of first 6% of your eligible
compensation contributed to the plan. If you are under
age 45, you are eligible for a 5% Wieland contribution. If
you are over age 45, you are eligible for a 7.5% Wieland
contribution. Your voluntary contributions along with the Wieland match and retirement contributions are immediately vested and always belong to you.
